Hey there, Beastmom Fitness is a family owned and operated apparel and athletic wear company run by a mother and daughter team. I got my start in fitness about 8 years ago when I was on a mission to get healthy and take back my life after a decade long battle with alcoholism and a 60lb. weight gain. In the process of getting sober and shedding the weight I fell in love with all things fitness, especially weightlifting. My love for lifting all things heavy sparked a desire to become a fitness competitor and design athletic wear that represents other women like me.
