    Our Story

    Hey there, my name is Phyllis Thompson and I am the owner of Beastmom Fitness and Beastmom apparel. I'm also a WBFF amateur transformation and wellness model aiming to go pro in 2021. I got my start in fitness about 6 years ago when I was on a mission to get healthy and take back my life after a decade long battle with alcoholism and a 60lb. weight gain as a bonus.

    In the process of getting sober and shedding the weight I fell hopelessly in love with all things fitness. My passion is paying all that I've learned forward to busy women like me, that take care of everything and everybody. I love helping women take back control of their lives through fitness and nutrition at any age. I offer one on one fitness and nutrition coaching. I run monthly transformation challenges and I teach fitness classes online in my virtual studio.. Oh and the athletic wear is so we all look amazing doing all the things we do.
